Whataburger complaint: Customer service

My complaint:

I walked in, multiple employees milling around. No one came to the counter to greet or take my order. I waited at the counter a good 4-5 minutes. Several employees walked with in a couple of feet from me and the counter. No greeting, no may I help you. Nothing. At least 4 employees made eye contact, but just walked away. I believe your managers wear a different colored uniform. No manager around. I looked up at the camera and gestered, what is going on here??? I left to the Whataburger on Fm 495. They took care of me right away. Are your store 191 employees’ anti-customers? Are they mentally slow or non-communicative? Look at the camera on 1222023 around 5:10 pm

Suggested solution:

Obviously, your employees need public relations, people skills. The reason they have a job is because of the customers. Someone needs to point that out to them.

How would I rate my experience? I left, to go to another WB!
