My complaint:
I walked into the whataburger on Violet Street and was never helped. I was at the counter for about 5 minutes waiting to order and I was the only one there. Several employees in the kitchen saw me but none offered to assist. I would have understood if they were busy but that wasn’t the case. I am 70 years old and have been a whatabutger customer since the 50’s and never experienced the lack of customer service I did today. I walked out without ordering…..not good service.
Suggested solution:
Customer service is essential for any business to succeed...Management must make sure to inform employees that good customer service makes that burger taste much better...and makes customers feel important and welcome. Customer service training is a must...
