My complaint:
I went to the drive thru and cashier Sharon would not let me use my reward she would not let me change an item on my order. She started making rude comments about my child, and she did not have her mask pulled up. She leaned out the window and said “ARE YOU MAD?” She also said “It’s raining, I would rather be at home smoking a blunt” A blunt is a cigar filled with Marijuana.
Suggested solution:
Getting her out of there. She is the rudest to everyone, including her managers.
