My complaint:

This company is selling items as if they are in stock when in reality the items are on back order. They hook you by taking your money and string you along by waisting by pushing back the delivery date.

I called several time over a 3 month period to check status and was told I could have my shipping fee refunded once I receive the package.

Currently, I’m on hold with customer service for 1 hour and 6 minutes and counting because they refuse to refund my shipping, even though they failed miserably to meet their shipping timeframe.

Suggested solution:

All I wanted was a $22 shipping fee returned, and they would have kept a customer and made up for the fact that they sold me an item that they never had in stock.
