My complaint:

I drove thru the Wendy’s drive thru at 8am the morning of April 3, 2022. After waiting at the drive thru and nobody responding to my voice, I drove around to the front where I could see approx 4 people sitting inside. However, the front door was locked and one of the employees came to the door and told me that the lobby does not open till 9am and they are having a manager meeting. I told her that the drive thru opens at 630am and I have been trying to order food. She told me that she was just an employee and could not assist. While I was speaking with her the manager was looking at me. I asked her how I could order breakfast and she said she did not know. Wow……a customer trying to order breakfast at 8am through the drive thru and turned away. Worst customer service ever.

Suggested solution:

I went to McDonalds down the street and will not be back to this Wendy's even though I personally like Wendy's over McDonalds. I called and spoke to the manager and all he could say was sorry, but that they were having a meeting.
