My complaint:

I Order my food at 12:20 at kiosk plain hamburger, small fries no salt and medium De. Pepper. My name appeared on screen and then it dropped off. I went to pick up my food at another area which is the other side to no avail. I waited and received my food at 12:42. Fries cold, onions and pickles on burger and no soda. This was my lunch break. I understand however to get order wrong and forget the drink is a bit much.

Suggested solution:

Not satisfied at all. I wanted to go back to get my soda, however I was afraid of how log the wait for that would have been. My lunch break is 1 hour and I only had 10 minutes to eat. Please get help fir the staff.
