My complaint:

Drive thru – ordered Cheeseburger, Chicken, Fries, 2 Frosty. Food was hard, dry, old, burgers only was on a bun with meat, no condiments added, fries were hard. Frosty were watery. I called spoke with Jordan shift manager and asked for a refund, I was told to come back and he would refund it, went a hr later and had left for the day, the other manager stated that she could not provide the refund so I would have to take another trip back up there the next night when he’s back at work! All I want is my money back and I will never go to another establishment again, please follow up with me in regards to this matter.

EXPEDITE ME A REFUND I WILL NEVER, EVER RETURN TO ANOTHER ESTABLISHMENT AFTER THIS ORDEAL.
