My complaint:
The commode in the ladies restroom handicap stall has been stopped up 3 weeks. The commode in the other stall has a loose seat and has been like that 3 weeks.
Suggested solution:
Call a plumber and get the commode fixed. Get him to to fix the seat on the other toliet.
