My complaint:
I made an online order totalling to the amount of $48.17. When I arrived I was told there was no chili, no baked potatoes, and no bacon. Therefore I asked for the order to be canceled since they were out of stock on most items. The girl at the front desk told me I had to cancel through the app which didnt have the option to do so since it had been accepted. The girl wrote the attached paper stating I didnt recieve any of my order. I contacted multiple people about the issue and have still yet to recieve a refund or any kind of response even dealing with the issue. Wendy’s has the absolute worst customer care I’ve ever seen.
Suggested solution:
By giving me a refund. I didn't recieve any of the items and simply just wanted my money refunded
