My complaint:

Placed an online order which included 2 large chilis, 2 sour cream and chives potatoes, 2 bacon and cheese potatoes, 1 single, 2 jr bacon cheeseburgers, cheese fries and 2 small chocolate frostys. Had to wait well over 10 minutes once I got to the window to actually receive any of the food other than the frostys. The chili was for my mother who is 79 and disabled (wheelchair bound) and this was a requested treat. Within a couple of hours of eating 1 of the 2 chilis (we still have the other one unopened), my mother became very nauseous and then had horrible diarrhea and projectile vomiting.

Suggested solution:

I would like a refund on both chilis. They also need to address the food handling issues at this location because I believe that someone or ones on the staff (one person was texting most of the time I was waiting at the window on his personal cell phone) deliberately did something to the chili as they did not seem happy they had to make it. My mother is disabled and having a long bout of food poisoning over the night was extremely difficult as she did not call; when her bout of vomiting and diarrhea started as it came on suddenly so had the added issue of having to be cleaned up. The whole meal should be refunded but most of it seemed semi-edible though extremely sloppily made and packaged.
