Complaint: Clerk was not efficient in her assignment

My complaint:

Went to pay for our meal at the drive through and she said our credit card was denied. So we gave her another card and it went through. The problem is that she didn’t even really try the first card properly. Upon arriving home I immediately called my card company and they said it wasn’t even ran through. Even if it is denied, they said, there would be a copy of it. This young lady was mentally challenged and she did not take the time to complete her task. We would appreciate it if you would check on her to make sure she is doing what she is suppose to be doing.

Suggested solution:

I believe that they should talk to her and explain the predicament that she put her customers in and she should be closely watched until she is doing what she is suppose to do.
