My complaint:
I came into the drive thru and the young lady at the window was being very rude . I then drove up to the window to speak with a manager and they locked the window on me so I decided to come inside and the locked the doors when I was walking up stating the manager said not to let me in. An employee called somebody to the Wendy’s and then she came outside as the person she have come was asking me what was going on . The employee told me to shut and threw a drink on me . It resulted in them calling the cops on me . As they lied about the whole situation as I had to protect myself and my children. I was be filling a lawsuit against Wendy’s due to the assault of me and my children.
Suggested solution:
The whole staff including the manager should be fired
