Wells Fargo complaint: Bank closed with out telling customers

My complaint:

Bank has been closed Dec 3 and still not open it took 3 weeks for them to put money in the ATM. I have been a customer for many years I think this is very inconsiderate of your bank Especially at this time of the year. I don’t want to hear that people don’t want to work before Dec 3 the bank was full of employees, I pulled all my money out of your bank because of the INCONSIDERATION that you have for your customers

Suggested solution:

For one thing they should tell people why the bank is closing instead of putting a sign that says temporarily closed.
