My complaint:

On February 2nd around 12:00 PM I went to the ATM machine I deposit $120.00 the machine took my money started flashing gave me my debit card back and did not give me a receipt and stopped working I called immediately reported the incident and after months of calling and calling Wells Fargo agreed on giving me a credit of only $60.00 and did not credit their expensive overdraft fees as a result I kept calling and I was abused verbally by their employees, for example one told me that she could not understand my English at all and when I mention I have previously talked to another representative called Elsa she said that was because Elsa was Hispanic and play the race game on me.
After 3 months and several calls this is the last response and after talking to Chad this morning he said that is where Wells Fargo stands NO CREDITING ANYTHING, NOT MY MONEY, NOT THE OVERDRAFT FEES, ANYTHING…. I AM ATTACHING THEIR RESPONSE Subject: Complaint about Wells Fargo claim number 70202210833
