WCB Alberta complaint: WCB agent couldn’t answer my question

My complaint:

The WCB agent didn’t allow me to finish and ask my question and was interrupted me and didn’t managed to answer my simple question. Which business is considered big and which one small WAS MY QUESTION. The reply was under $15000 permuim is considered small business. I asked how they do that calculation and the answer was based on annual return, but I wanted to know how it is calculated what is the formula. I asked and was trying to explain my question to the agent, but he didn’t allow me to finish and fully explain. I told he didn’t answer my question properly. I googled and the formula is payroll divided by $100 is how WCB premium is calculated. If he listened he would have answered my question. I called july 12, 2021 around 2:00pm. It is Glass Doctor of Edmonton. I want the person to know he was very annoying and served me very poorly by interrupting and not allowing me to talk. He fully was aware of what he was doing to me. If he was not he would told me sorry he will try someone else to explain it to me or do something about it. But he just told me I answered my own question meaning I am dumb. I really want this complaint to be answered.

Suggested solution:

By me talking to him again while his supervisor is there and so I tell him he shouldn't have treated me like that.
