My complaint:
Being a bew hire I did not report what I thought was a muscle strain. I noticed a couple weeks later the protruding muscle lumps. I called my Drs office on Monday morning got an appointment for friday. Trying to avoid the hospital and Covid exposure I waited until Friday. My WCB Claim was declined because it was not reported in their 72 hour time line.
Suggested solution:
Benefits would sure be good as surgery may be about 6 months with no income.
