My complaint:
Only two of three ordered rug runners arrived on 41122 on order 2974830477. I didn’t get my 2’6 x 8′ rug runner even though your tracker indicated it had been delivered with the other two. Your website advised me to wait 6 days before complaining.
Today is the seventh day and still no rug. Your delivery driver did NOT ring the doorbell and we were home.
