My complaint:
I left one sack of items by mistake when I checked out and paid for groceries today at the harahan LA store on Jefferson hwy. I have called and called and no one ever picked up the phone. They system disconnected me each time. I called the pharmacy and they answered. I asked to be sent directly to the person in charge of check out. They forwarded my call and once again after ringing and ringing they Wal-Mart never answered AND it disconnected my call. I wasted 17.89 dollars at this store. All I needed was to ask IF they had my bag of items so I could return and get it. Walmart is a waste of space anymore. They treat employees as sub humans and they treat customers the same way. And they wonder why everyone is going to online shopping from amazon.
Suggested solution:
I either want my sack I paid for or a refund of the money.
Since they most likely won’t do either they could at least pick up a phone when it rings.
