My complaint:

On April 30th around 4:30 p.m. I was shopping at Sam’s Club in Robinson Township in Pittsburgh, PA. When a young man was pushing about 10 shopping carts in the parking lot. He lost control of the carts and several of the shopping carts crashed into my Mercedes Benz SUV vehicle. The clerk apologized and went and got the store manager. They took pictures of the damage as well as I did. I was told they would take care of my damages, after I got an estimate. I got an estimate and took it back to the store the next day. After several weeks I finally got an claim L1582820. My adjustor changed twice and nothing still has not been done to reimburse me for the damages. The second adjustor’s name is Netty. She never returns any phone calls. My phone is 412-744-6381. Greg Perkins. It has been over a months and I need to have my car repaired. Please help me resolve this before I have to take legal actions.

Suggested solution:

Please send me a check for the damages $2,003.00.Check should be written out to Gregory Perkins, 2647 Winchester Dr., Pittsburgh, PA 15220. The adjustor has the photos and estimate for damages.
