My complaint:
I waited for 45 minutes before my groceries came out. I called the store 6 times and no one answered the phone. There were only 2 people working the pickup and I know it’s not there fault, but they need to not take orders if they can’t keep up.
Suggested solution:
I want a refund of some sort. This isn’t the first time.
