My complaint:
I paid the Walmart membership on June 22nd 2023 and they claim they’ve never received. I verify with my bank the funds were send to them. I’ve spend over 2 hours on the phone talking to 6 different people trying to get remediation and they finally hung up on me. I have proof it was paid and they won’t even let me send them the proof. Trying to speak to anyone in the states is an exercise in futility. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Suggested solution:
Refund my money. I don't want to do business with them ever again.
