My complaint:

I placed an order online for the Ninja Foodie 5-in-1 Air Fryer, I wanted the Item shipped to an address other than my Mailing address, the order was processed, I paid for it with A Credit Card and the order was completed, I was giving a order number, then I received an email saying the order was cancelled due to unusual activity. I called was told by a Michelle that she had sent a form to the fraud department and the situation was taken care of and she stayed on the line with me to complete another order, and again it was cancelled, and again I called back spoke with David, and he did the same as Michelle and told me to wait for 2 hours and place the order again, which I did. this time I got Isac and before he even heard the problem he said He had to send the form again and I could place the order again in 2 to 3 hours, so after that I asked to speak to a supervisor, which someone came on the line name Marlone, said he was a supervisor and asked what was the problem, I explained again and then I asked him what was the unusual activity they were speaking of and he seemed to get upset but never answered the question. he then became a little hostile and told me that It would take up to 48 hours before I could place the order. NO HELP

Suggested solution:

ASAP it should not have been so complicated, I verified all my information, yet got no satisfaction. There are several stores I can purchase the item from without the stress.
