Walmart complaint: Never did receive my order or refund

My complaint:

On Oct. 19 I placed an order with a reserved time for delivery between 8-9pm. I didn’t receive the order and had no contact about my order. I called customer service on the morning of Oct. 20. I was told they called the store and my order was coming that day. I did receive laundry detergent delivered but none of my entire grocery order. Again I called customer service on Oct. 20 at 6:00pm to tell them I didn’t receive my order. They informed me that they would cancel the order and refund my money which would take 1 to 2 hours. Well that never happened. I called again this morning only to be told it will take 7-10 days to get my refund. I asked to speak with a supervisor and was told no supervisors were there. I am 63 years old and live on a budget. I wait all month to place my order with Walmart. Now I have zero money and zero groceries. I received an email stating that they would be refunding me $146 but they took $215 out of my checking account. Can someone please help me.

Refund my money so I can buy groceries.
