My complaint:
I always order from Walmart every month. I’m always missing items but they’ve always refunded me my money. This time I’m missing about $26 in items and they refuse to refund me my money stating that the items are in the picture that the driver took before he left the store. That doesn’t mean they all made it out of his car and to my door. One of the items was opened and had bits of plastic in it (trash) in my kids cereal. The next item was supposed to be delivered the next day. It was but not to my door and the picture the delivery person posted has the wrong apartment. Then two other items they just flat out won’t refund.
Suggested solution:
I want either my items missing or a refund
