My complaint:
My daughter Stephanie ordered a summer wave pool online. The boxes it came in were open,etc. When she got all the parts out and was assembling the pool, there were missing parts, the ladder was bent out of shape, the corners were not the right part.
My daughter suffers from severe anxiety and depression and used her inheritance money to get this pool for the whole family to enjoy. She did not want to complain because she gets too anxious .
I have ordered a new pool because I can’t stand to see her so depressed and upset.
I don’t know if you can look up her order by name, but I feel like she should get a refund. She spent $1000.00 on this pool and expected a new complete and undamaged pool.
Suggested solution:
Refund the money spent.
A very similar thing happened to us and so far nothing has really been done about it. Not even complaining to corporate has helped
