My complaint:
I’d like to report a fraud that happened when I placed the order for the Duvet (129,94CA) and Canada Durable Water Resitant Laptop Backpack for School (24,97CA). The order 5372325-002333 on the Dec 2, 2023. Immediately I got a message that the backpack is unavailable. Although I was charged Dec 3, the cost of the duvet 150,19CA and a separate charge for the backpack 28,21CA. Another my concernt is about the order 8952372-010730 Nov 26, 2023. I was charged 178,40CA for the duvet backpack. And also there was a separate charge for the backpack 28,21. So on Nov 26th Walmart charged me TWICE for the backpack. This exact brand of backpack is always unavailable but Walmart keep charging money for the with no refund later. I contacted the hotline but they keep telling me that I wasn’t charged! I look at my Bank Statement and I clearly see that every time I placed the order for the backpack (that was unavailable) I was charged!
Suggested solution:
Make a refund for the backpack for the orders made on Nov 16 and Dec 2
This is the proof that I was charged twice for the backpack!
