My complaint:
It is absolutely ridiculous for associates to have to go to work feeling uncomfortable scared that they have to go to work not knowing if the customers or co workers are infected with the virus. They dont offer nothing to protect there employees which they have close contact with on a daily basis. 5 occurrence and there let go? Customers are rude grabbing toilet paper and paper towels food etc from the associates. The company doesnt offer anything to these courageous employees. Something needs to happen quick before the corvid 19 gets out of control for wal mart employees and they infect there love ones at home. Let them stay home if there uncomfortable being at work. I hope that they can form a union or an attorney can help these employees stay home if they choose to do so. And pay them for there time off. This is insane. Wal mart should be a shame if themselves. Sam Walton would be rolling in his grave if he knew that corporate was reacting this way toward there staff. Let them have a voice and a choice to STAY HOME WITH PAY. GIVE THE ASSOCIATES PAID SICK LEAVE THEY ARE PUTTING THEIR LIVES AT RISK AND THERE FAMILY LIVES AT RISK TOO. SHAME ON YOU.
Suggested solution:
GIVE THE ASSOCIATES TIME OFF IF THEY DESIRE TO STAY HOME FOR FEARING THEY MAY INFECT THEMSELVES AND THEIR FAMILIES. SHAME ON YOU.
