Walmart complaint: Bad service, unfair treatment, rudely handled

My complaint:

Made an order, over looked mistake, followed Walmart guidelines to correct it, was completely ignored by shipper, Walmart contacted the shipper on my behalf, did not get corrected, my son (turned 5 that day) did not get his gift. We never received it because the address was outdated because ive been with them around a decade. I was feel i was unfairly treated by a person i chatted with online. Person was rude and would not help me even tho I followed their procedure as listed. I have emails showing showing i placed the order on the 21st, 24th i tried to get address corrected, 25th walmart said they contacted them on my behalf, 27th i sent a follow up email asking. Because i was ignored, 28th the order was shipped, hit mailbox Aug 2 i believe. Current resident said it never came. I believe they kept it .y sons Bday was 07/27. Not only was the shipper 3 days late shipping but mailed it the day after my kids party.

Suggested solution:

It was my mistake on the address, i followed the guidelines 100% how walmart required. Walmart said they contacted them on my behalf, then flat out would not refund my money or help getting the package intercepted somehow before it got to a mailbox i had no access to. I felt assure walmart had it takin care of when i read the email. The vendor sells on their site under the store name so as far as im concerned it was walmart selling it. Ebay or Amazon dont do business like that. They will fix it because its the right thing to do.
