My complaint:
on a day when I needed to purchase replacement crutches to be able to move since I was in recovery from a broken ankle A cashier in sporting goods refused service during work hours, she was not behind the counter and after waiting 10 min. for cashier to show up, she only gave an attitude and walked away looking at her phone and making rude comments to another employee who watched and laughed with her she refused to answer any question I asked ignored me and refused service by walking away leaving me to purchase my much needed crutches from another store.
Suggested solution:
this person should have her pay docked twice for every complaint against her
