My complaint:
Waiting 3 hours for a prescription, and personnel dont care for people waiting in line, for so long, and is always the same way, they have 4 register, and just one opened, considering not going to Walgreen anymore for my prescription.
Suggested solution:
Open more register, and hire more personnel
