My complaint:
I was accused of stealing and the Walgreens at 302 E. University in Urbana and have yet to get an apology for falsely accusing me and embarrassing me in front of people. I told nothing and have been a patron of Walgreens my whole life. I am almost 70 and a Vietnam Veteran. I complained verbally to several so called managers and got no where. This was about 5 years ago and I am still mad about it. The cashiers’s name was Noah and no longer works there. He now is a nurse at Carle Hospital. I want an apology to finally put this to rest. I never stole anything and proved it my raising my shirt at the store that evening. I want an apology.
Suggested solution:
I want an official apology and for you to get one from that cashier.
