My complaint:
I am complaining about how the Pool is so cold and when you get out. Also the changing rooms are sometimes dirty.
Suggested solution:
I have been advised by my GP to take exercise because of back problems. To go into the Pool to do Exercise would be very beneficial to me, but it needs to be warm and definitely clean.
