My complaint:
the water temperature varies mostly cold sometimes OK.On Sunday mornings at peak time one quarter of the pool is taken up by swimming lessons for 2(two) children ,leaving the rest of the pool overcrowded for swimmers and walkers. The steam room and sauna, there doesn’t seemto be a policy about the times these facilities are available various reasons from the staff are to do with children being in the pool.
On Tuesdays Thursdays and Fridays alot of the time school lessons and muscle mobility no argument about that but could the studio pool opened for public swimming with the use of the steam room and sauna a it was before the Covid lockdowns.
Suggested solution:
For cold water the thermostat needs attention. Swimming lessons use one lane like the rest of the time. The steam room and sauna to be kept open as they were before Covid lockdowns. use of studio pool when not being used parent and toddlers
