My complaint:
Cashier and manager involved in personal conversation before addressing me. Cashier didn’t know menu prices. Prices are different than menu said. After ordering waited 35 minutes to get food .it wasn’t busy. Manager flirting with all personnel. Was told they were out of something I already paid for. Manager all of a sudden cant be found for refund. Manager lost it and started calling people names
I’ve managed many businesses for people and this place run this way doesn’t stand up to then wall burger name.
Suggested solution:
Hire me as manager. At a resort casino you need a smooth strong lead with excellent communication skills. And someone who doesn't flirt with the help. Someone with backbone andnexperience
