My complaint:
I am respectfully complaining about Volunteers of America Utah Administration. I walked away with only volunteer hours because I involuntarily was not trained properly. I searched but did not find policies and procedures to review before coming. I was given false allegations about me. I have a work schedule alongside volunteer affairs. I was falsely accused of not cancelling within a timeframe to have other people take the spot. I was falsely accused of feeding food outside the facility to people. I came hired for a new job position. VOA gave the worst experience and gave unappreciation. I am respectfully complaining about the staff
Suggested solution:
My concerns should be resolved rather than walking away with volunteer hours. I was slandered against; I was not given any opportunity to be properly trained or given resources.
