My complaint:
I am in PSH have been since it started and didn’t know I was moving to an apt under VOA, I decided to select VOA for my Personal Care Services in home and I have been taken advantage of, miscommunicated to, lied to, intentionally disrespected and confused and I no longer feel safe in a very nice apartment building but the very rude and incompetent property manager has been charging me and others a water bill for almost a year and some not and it’s all very confusing and has made a whistle living environment and speaks to some residents very ugly and it’s really ridiculous how severely she managements this lovely apartment.
Now I have to move because I have filled every complaint I have and I have rare health conditions and cannot handle adults who should know what they’re doing verbally abusing certain residents(discrimination) and I’ve lived here a year and it gets worse and worse and more I just move because I’m still being lied to and this is all putting my health at risk and I have not one time been spoken to on a professional manner while these people are flat lying in my face and charging certain people water bills.
Certain people none and refusing to fix ice makers because HUD doesn’t require it and not giving mail people proper access to the building when I get infusion medication delivered and the handicapped list in the oil is broke and I no longer feel safe and I and going through serious health issues and i have to stop and file complaints and I am made to feel uncomfortable when I call and professionally try to resolve things with these people. I am so hurt and disappointed by this that my health has regressed and I have to get far away from anything that is VOA because I am disgusted.
Suggested solution:
Pay me water bill money back and pay for me to move since they refuse to get competent staff to run this get nice building that they are letting the current property manager run into the ground.
