My complaint:
I was on my voucher for probably 7 years. My case manager has helped me tons. I just don’t understand how they can take you off voucher and not tell you and when they get funding is what I got told they will not be putting me back on it. I didn’t even know I was off it. I have done nothing to deserve this and I want to know what I can do about it
Suggested solution:
I want to know why? I feel like I have been lied to and to see if i can get back on it.
