My complaint:
I gave them two certify letters from my 85 year old mother and they say I will need another and other letters once the dates expire. Certify letters by my mother is a burden for her due her conditions. I want to avoid placing this on my mother and I’m staying with her till I can have my own apartment. I’m 62 with SSD 90% Veteran compensation. I need an apartment.
Suggested solution:
Doing their job of at least trying to help a Veteran find an apartment. Not impeding this by involving my 85 year old mother into so many certify letters. She dislikes going outside due her conditions and cold weather. How many letters they want from her? Be more professional and don’t be so poor with their common sense resulting in this.
