Vodafone complaint: not able to get outgoing call on my vodafone no

My complaint:

my vodafone-idea mobile no is 8816985389 in which unlimited recharge pack is there i am getting incoming call and as well as net is working ok but i m not getting outgoing call so please resolve the issue
