Vodafone complaint: Network Problem and cant receive calls if Full Network is Full.!

My complaint:

Dear Sir,
My Brother number 9591372546, is working Properly, he cant receive calls and cant get the msgs also. Kindly request to solve the problem.

Suggested solution:

He Should receive all the Calls Phones while Network is FULL.!
