My complaint:
I have called to the Vodafone customer care service on 21st June 2021 at 9:08 pm for certain problem. A male representative had attended my call. We had a conversation for 6 minutes 45 secs. The representative has firstly didn’t have any proper way of speaking to a customer. He has disconnected the call over me without listening to my problem or what I want to say.
I therefore, request to lodge a complaint against the representative. Although my problem was solved by the next representative who attended my call. She was very nice and polite to me.
