My complaint:
We had Joe, a rep for Vivint, come over to our house. My husband and i are deaf so we asked my son to interpret for us. We talked about wiring with our other system and Joe told us that they can take care of it. We were ghosted by the tech people for Vivint and we’re not happy with it and want to get out of the contract but Joe lied to us. He said we had 30 days trial trial period but when we called, they said 3 days. They said it’ll cost $3,000 to get out of this. This isn’t fair to us. It hasn’t even been 30 days and we don’t want to be stuck with it.
Suggested solution:
I want to get out of the contract. It hasn’t even been 30 days.
