My complaint:

Hello,

Pls note I had booked Vistara air ticket from FRA (frankfurt) to DLI (Delhi) for 13 Oct 2022 and DLI –FRA for 30 Oct 2022 with reference no. V6LY5Z from Vistara website only.
The total amount was INR 59,450- . Unfortunately return flight was cancelled by Vistara. I applied for refund, but have no information about it I have mailed them (custrelations@airvistara.com, nodalofficer@airvistara.com ) thrice to inform about the status of refund and the amount that will be refunded back but till date I have not got any reply from them.
Also, as I was informed 2 weeks ago, I had to pay more to buy new tickets from DLI-FRA.

fIRST THEY REPLY TO MY MAIL INFORMING THE STATUS AND REFUND AMOUNT. AND THEY SHOULD INFORM TIME BY WHICH I AM EXPECTED TO RECEIVE REFUNDED MONEY.
