My complaint:
My dog has been going to TRACTOR SUPPLY PLUS in Calhoun,GA for near 5 years now, and on this day I was there with a friend so I could purchase my dogs Heartgard Plus chews and so Danny Helms ( friend) could save money getting
his cat her shots.
Well, after standing an hour in line, I walked up to the cash out table and said why I was there, the lady picked up a 3 months supply of Heartgard Plus and turned to hand them to me, but set them right back down when she saw me pull out my cash to pay.
I paid the amount and instead of my full change, she gave me just the coins, until I told her what she did, and she gave me the dollar bill and apologized.
But she never picked the Heartgard Plus back up and I did not realize this until 5 only 5 mins later, as I was about to have the free dog food scanned.
I walked back real quick to the cash out counter and told her I forgot to pick up the Heartgard Plus chews because I had thought she handed them to me and I set them down, but I never even received them in my hands to begin with.
She told me she didnt pick up anything off the table, and I was going to argue but instead I stormed back towards the front door. Had second thoughts, went back towards the vetcash out table, and again had second thoughts because I was so angry and upset about being ripped off , that I didn’t trust myself to have appropriate words or actions at this point.
This was 3 days ago. April 6th, 2019 at about 5:00 PM.
I’ve been trying to locate a complaints dept on their website for 3 days, to no avail.
So I found this website.
Additionally, it wasn’t more than 5 mins after walking away from the table that I realized what took place, and I had never walked out the door of TRACTOR SUPPLY PLUS prior to going back and asking if the chews had been picked up or not.
My friend who was with me, his name and cell are as follows:

He is a 65 year old man on retirement and disability and a faithful Christian and is not about to lie for anyone else for any reason whatsoever.
Suggested solution:
My desired solution is very easy, reasonable and the ONLY acceptable solution.
The only acceptable recourse is that I receive the 6 month supply of Heartgard
Plus that I\'ve already purchased, but never received.
I have an eyewitness of the whole encounter, in addition to cautiously assuming that TRACTOR SUPPLY PLUS has video recording in their business in the area where the pets get there shots.
Again, this incident was absolutely NOT intentional on the part of the cashier and I do not wish for her to be fired or anything, I don\'t now her name anyway, but she was under an immense amount of stress and simply made a slightly costly mistake. At my and my dogs expense.
