My complaint:
I brought my puppy in for the first time to give and quick bath. He had gotten car sick and doodled and barf in his crate. One lady walked in right before me and went to the wash also. That is all fine until she started to blow dog fur all over the place. Gobs and gobs of dog fur flying everywhere. Sticking to my wet puppy now and my mouth,face, and eyes sticking to everything my clothes my towel, my shampoo bottle my creat. I looked at the woman and she just stood there no Im sorry nothing. Rude. I can hardly see let alone wash my puppy. When I came out of the bath area another customer said oh my gosh. As she is brushing the fur from flying around her. I told her it was not my dog. He does not shed. I complained to the cashier she said nothing. I told her I was never coming back in here again. That was a awful experience. Miserable. I tried to brush off my creat but now I have fur all over my car. Its stuck to my clothes. Its in my hair. I am never doing that again.
Suggested solution:
There should be warning about those blowers for people. Who would do that. Or the owners of those fury dog should say something. I could have gone first.
I would like to have my money back. That was so miserable trying to was my new puppy for the first time. Plus now I have to do the interior of my car.
Plus take another shower just to get all of some others dogs fur off of me.
I feel like it is just every where. Never again.
