My complaint:
Tickets were purchased over a year ago, as I was traveling from the other side of the world I needed assurance that I would have the tickets before I left. They had still not arrived by the date they specified, I asked for a refund, they said the only was to get paid was to relist. Tickets were still not available the day of the show, luckily I bought some other legit ones. Anyway it seems that many of the tickets sold by viagogo for Bruce Springsteen in Gothenburg were fake and did not work on the night.
