My complaint:
I used a veet face wax strip just as it says to on the instruction pamphlet. The strip did not remove hairs but managed to leave large red mark of skin in its place. This mark has yet to go away after 24 hours and feels smooth and raw like a different layer of skin. Very frustrated.
Suggested solution:
Refund for wax strip or something to help with scare
