My complaint:
Hello Sir,
Here to inform you that i used veet wax strips to remove my upper lips hair and while using it created first the red mark on my skin, i assumed this is for sort time but after 30 mins it became so red and then after a day the entire skin burnt like anything.
Now my treatment is going to heal the area but i want to file the complaint against to the company so that they should also realize the same.
Please help me.
