My complaint:
your product quality has declined.
since past 6 months the product causes severe allergy after it’s usage,even when a gap of a month is given in it’s usage.
Mind you, it is used within the expiry period.
my personal impression is that it contains too much chemical that causes the rash and even exfoliation of the skin.
the duration of application as recommended is followed accordingly.
Suggested solution:
i don't know, look into the products production- i have been using it since quite long and previously there hasn't been any problems with ur product.
im sure you will look into this matter as i need to switch to another product if the complaints persist despite of complaint.
