My complaint:
I am a very frequent user of you veet product, however to my horror , this particular tube had lots of hard ‘plastic’ pieces . What could that possibly be. This is totally unacceptable,and i need to be compensated for the inconvenience. This no is on the tube if this would assist.
Suggested solution:
Look into the complaint, and check your batch, i would like to know what the findings are , i had to use the product sadly out of desperation, im only hoping and praying there is no ADVERSE EFFECTS

Why and what is this?
Same here I don’t know weather to rinse off or to do it like I usually do! Unacceptable.
I’ve just had the same! Obviously a batch issue I’ve emailed veet.

I have also found little shards of something sharp and i have suffered cuts to my groin.
